Just got these and was about to fit but noticed that even though the travel was at max (150mm) they were shown 15 - 20mm of 'sag' even totally unweighted
The max / min setting seems to make no differnce
Anyone had this issue? If it is an easy fix it may save a return faff
If you haven't used them yet check to see if there's any air in them, as for the travel try putting you're weight on the fork when you switch to 120mm setting. Hope this helps.

Perhaps they have been spacer-ed down in travel? Most RS shocks can have max travel reduced with plastic spacers in the spring leg. E.g. I've have my Sektor solo-air knocked back 20mm to 130mm.
Are they box-fresh, OEM or used?
The DP coils can't be spaced, but you can get different travel coils for them so maybe they've been fitted with a shorter spring, or it's an assembly issue. Best to speak to the supplier.
The dial may be at max but the forks still at 120mm. Do a hard compression (not easy, use the included plastic axle thing to support them properly) and see if they pop up.
+1 try compressing them and seeing if they return. The RS system only returns to full travel after rebounding from a compression.
