Fed up of nearly being bucked over the bars when I don't push down hard enough!
What's the new micro adjust one like to use?
Any drawbacks?
I need the layback so can't buy other brands:(

Personally I prefer the old 3 position one. But the new multi one on my enduro has worked just fine

It's a whole lot better than the old one, that's for sure! The lever remains one of the very best, at least as far as OEM ones go, and overall, it's very good.
I still prefer the "anywhere you like" and solid feel of a Reverb, however.

I guess if you don't quite get it to the bottom to pick it pops up to the first position above where you let go of the bar lever?
