[Closed] New idler for RSP Chain Device?

As per the below photo, my RSP chain device is in need of a new idler.

Honestly the chain device is kind of defunct now anyway as it has a narrow wide chain ring (fitted by previous owner) and a SRAM GX 2.1 mech soon to be fitted (currently has SRAM X-9 2.1).

But I'll be using this more for trail centre type riding like red runs at Bike Park Wales than local bridleways so I figured I'd leave it on for added security and to avoid chain slap over rooty ground etc.

But where on earth can I get another 9t idler pulley without spending £14.99 on an e13 one?

I've seen pulleys for rear mechs on eBay going for anything from £5 upwards for a well made one, but those are all 11t and I presume a different thing entirely?

Superstar used to do them but looks like no spares: http://www.superstarcomponents.com/en/plasma-guide-roller-kit.htm

I'd be tempted to just get mt hacksaw and lop the bottom bit off your back plate and just stick with the top chainguide.

I'd actually been contemplating that as a last resort, as the clutch mech should keep the bottom tight, and it's only the top which is really at risk of falling off anyway.
