enough gear outer because the frame is full outers. you dont have a headset press. headset/stem spacers. SFN or head doctor. cable ties for the brake hoses. seat clamp/post. rim tape if it's new wheels. the correct brake mounts. front mech not compatible with new frame.
can't think of anything else!
Helicopter tape. Do it before you build it up.
Bottom bracket tool?
Bleed kit - for when you discover your brake lines are waaaaaaaaaaaay too long. And if you post a picture of it like that.... well.... its tantamount to buggering small children, isn't it?

Enough outer cable. I always think I have enough but always end up having 5cm too little.
