is what it should really look like!
to go with my
The bonus also being that now is my chance to convert her to a singlespeeder - turning her old contessa into a singlespeed for her
Terry have you been doing Marathon races a la Selkirk on the singlespeed?
I've been enjoying it so much I'm tempted to replace the Charge with a dedicated frame, but wouldn't want to hamper myself too much over long distances...
iain i soloed strathpuffer 24 on singlespeed..... and came 4th
i fully intend to take it to the longer stuff - its just a "can i be arsed" thing atm .... i know full well i can go alot faster on gears BUT for how long .... last few races ive ridden SS (ie all winter) ive been mr consistant from 30min short track to 24 hour endurance and everything inbetween ....
Down for keilder this year was hoping to SS that but been informed im heading for equitorial guinea in september instead ๐
where i think id be hampering my self is on rides like mount keen .

That would be cruel. The obvious thing to do would be to convert her lighter bike to SS and put all the new gearie bits of it onto her old bike ๐
im sure she would love that brian.
she will see the light with time though !
just hope the snow ****s off up your way so we can get a good ride in !
