mmm, that is a nice post. Is it new too? Im sure it was a bit more weatherbeaten when i went there.

And the bike looks yummy though i don't think i could ride that ratio all the way up there too happily!
Are those maverick upside down forks?

The post was new last year, I've had the frame since December but the final brake caliper only arrived this week and yes Maverick SC32's (I've got them on all my MTB's).

Bet the back ends quite forgiving with them curvey seatstays going on.

what does the beauty weigh in at (and don't pretend you don't know ;-p)

I'm afraid it rides just like the other two (not a bad thing) the back end may be a tad stiffer or that could be just due to the larger diameter seatpost. The cranks are noticably stiffer than the Middlburn and XTR on the others though.

And I honestly haven't bothered to weigh it because I doubt if there's much difference between it and a alloy version.
