Window washer hose from Halfords is what I got one time for my xt's if I recall.
If it's tight, warm it a smidge.

Can't picture the internal diameter (I want to guess around 3mm but I'm probably wrong!) but I found an off cut of windscreen washer hose was about right for at least one set of brakes that I own.
Key thing is it has to stretch on. But you know that already I'm sure.
