After much deliberation regarding colour and faffing with forks, I finally got my new Five frame built up. Here's a piccie.

p.s. thank to all the folks that sent pics of their colourful Fives (my wife now wants to get her Five resprayed Apple Green 😕 )

Near Alnwick in Northumberland - non marked trails all built by locals.

That trail is quite steep and a bit heavy for me to be honest. I rode that slab down the face on the left but most of it was a walk for me. Lots if the trails are quite steep - its harder than any of your normal trail centres.

Carbon 337
Looks like Thrunton is a bit different since I was last there. I was on one of the first DN6 Inbreds and carbon fork (so whatever year that was) and there was only one rocky chute that I didn't fancy. Are the trails obvious or do you need a 'local' to show you about?

Gratuitous 'jey' pic of that day as it was so lovely up there (sorry for hijack).

Woody - most of them are fairly well hidden - just little paths off the fireroads. YGM

Apologies fatlasses for the hijack.
