If you put the pop-lock lever in the right place you might not need to shorten it, tho if you do need to it just like fitting a gear cable.

love it... apart from the pedals... have to go spd for me (my choice though) otherwise... love to give it a rip!

kind of fugly, but in a good way 8)

I think it would look better with a 90's jeylord style longer stem, flat bars and bar-ends

Also isn't the poploc meant to go underneath the bars rather than sticking out at the top??

Thought it wasn't the most ergonomic!
