My 14 year old nephews have just headed back to Brm after a few days biking with me in Galloway and are desperate to go biking down home but they have no idea where to go Any ideas to help them please
They could get a train to Rugeley and ride to Birches Valley on Cannock Chase which has 3 waymarked trails with a shop and cafes.

Whereabouts in Brum are they based?
I take it at 14 they are allowed to ride on their own so just need to tag along on a local ride and learn the local tracks.
I'm just south of Brum and there is Clent, the Lickeys and The Wyre Forest (bit further away).
Cannock is good if they can get there as the waymarked trails mean they won't need a guide.
And theres a BMX track at Perry Barr with open nights.
