Whats the difference between the 409 and the 426?

409 has internal floodgate control (Allen key) the 426 has the little knob that replaces the need for an Allen key.

409 is OEM
426 is steel steerer
454 is alloy steerer
I may be completely wrong though

You are 🙂 As far as I know there's never been a Rev 353, certainly aren't any now. 426 has an alloy steerer for sure.
