[Closed] Mobile cycle mechanics in London?

Just wondering how you Londoners get your bike fixed when the bike is not rideable and you don't have a car?

Has anyone used a mobile mechanic service that comes to your home? Evenings or weekends?

As always, thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚

you're never that far from a bike shop in London are you?
might the local shop pick it up for you?
ride one bike and push the other along at the side?

I think Evans in Hendon is the nearest but not open when he's on his way to work.

He's a newbie, failed to heed my advice and now he has replacement parts that need fitting and ensuring it's road worthy.

It's great to see his enthusiasm. 8)

If all else fails then I work in Mill Hill & can fix most things excluding truing/wheel building but I could fit new stuff for him, I could go to him on saturday if that's not to late or I'm at work 9-5.30 during the week.
PS I don't want money

2unfit2ride - that is very kind of you, thanks. I'll mention it to him. You'll obviously need beer money. ๐Ÿ™‚
