I’ve been trying to get used to waist packs for gravel rides but have realised I am the wrong shape ! I’m not really wanting to use a small seatpack/jersey pockets, and do have an Evoc Stage 6. It’s only 210g heavier than the Evoc 3l Pro waist pack I’ve been trying, so not much of a difference and it’s a whole lot more comfy for me.
Just having a look around to see if anything else out there ? Will hold pump, tube, patches and multitool, phone, keys and a snack if required. Water is on the bike.

Worth keeping an eye out for Lidl/Aldi.
I got this excellent lightweight one from Aldi last summer. Pocket for a bladded and hose routing plus a waterproof cover in a pouch underneath.

The Chase is really stable. Sometimes I use with bladder, sometimes without.

Should be enough space for that stuff. Though not much padding, so would depend on how you pack it. The pockets on the front are really handy for running, not sure how they would work on a bike.
Osprey have recently started making much lighter more minimalist packs. I have a Katari 7l which is excellent, probably the most comfy pack I have had . It has brought me back from bum bag world as it is unobtrusive enough to wear on even short rides. Wouldn't take it to Scotland in winter but that's not what you want it for.
And it's on Sportpursuit for 40 quid or 30 for the even more minimalist 1.5 version, both including reservoirs.

Usually forget I’m wearing it tbh.
Only really works if the load is light, it’s next to useless if I’m commuting and carrying a lock for the train station.
Bar bag? A little one of those is perfect for gravel bike rides with nothing on your back. Just make sure to protect the frame from rubbing

OMM bags are designed for running over mountains and are super comfey and incredibly light and with a proper guarantee too! The 10 litre one has been my pick for the Highland Trail and SDW's . The bag will hold a 2 litre Camelbak too.
I know lots of bags have pockets and compartmentsfor helmets, for keys, for food, for tools and the kitchen sink too. If its all about the weight, the OMM range is hard to beat.
