[Closed] Mid layer- Goldilocks requirements, obviously

It's that time of year again....So winter it's pretty much base layer or thicker jersey under a hard-shell, but at it's gets to spring I want some thing that I can wear over the top of a base-layer. needs to be at least windproof on the chest, be insulated enough to keep me warm in 0-8deg temp range. agnostic about a hood, agnostic about pockets, would like it not to be roadie cut, needs to be as thin as possible, I don't want a soft-shell I don't think, unless you know different? would like to spend between £50-80?
