Last weekend I managed to fracture the fifth right metacarpal while helping a friend move some sheep...... Don't get your hand between a Welsh Mule's head and a gate people.
Consultant said it's in three pieces at the base/wrist end. Not really in any pain after a couple of days so I've got a brace to wear for a couple of weeks, and back in a month for a check up.
Missed the Longmynd Batch Burner Saturday unfortunately, and I guess I won't be riding for a while, but any advice from those who have done similar?
