G'Day
A mate of mine has a set of Mavic Crossmax ST wheels, whilst on a day out a Laggan he totalled the front wheel
Can you buy replacement rims for these wheels, we have seen spokes advertised but nothing for the rims. Its would be a shame not to use the hubs as they are in near perfect condition otherwise
Any idea's??
Local dealer will be able to get replacement rim or a complete rebuild via the UK Service Centre.
rough cost for job complete including fresh spokes/labour etc is listed at about £180 (a bit over half the price of a new wheel)
as above, rims are approx £90 and spokes about £40 so the rest is labour
Cool, cheers guys!
£90?? FOR RIM???!! 😯
I hope its carbon with Ti spoke eyelets!
Probably not much help to OP but I see Mavic is doing free crash replacement on their 2012 wheelsets until end of February.
Maximum of 3 rims and hubs within the 2 year warranty period.
Crossmax ST's are looking even better.
It's not free,it's the mp3 program.It costs about 10% of the rrp.
