Are they much of a muchness, or is one better.
Thinking of doing cross type stuff on them occasionally so if one is stronger that would be good to know....
Was a big fan of the Fulcrums until I sold them on with the bike. They put up with a lot of commuting miles on Edinburgh's be-tram worked roads, and my new-to-road cycling clumsiness. Never needed trued, and although the bearings didn't last a very long time, they're very easy to replace with standard 6001RS bearings (just don't get the campag ones, £15 for unsealed cheap rubbish).
The shimanos that came with my new bike needed a bit of tensioning and trueing from new which the Fulcrum's didn't.
far better for not a lot more
