I have been given a set of these forks and after respraying them need to now rebuild them. I'm aware that I can used motor oil with them but a little unsure as to how much I need t actually put in, if anyone has a rough idea that would be great.

The ones I've got are the 120mm version and I weight around 80kg.

I've had a google search and not much comes up so any input would be great thanks.

Notmotor oil

Motorbike fork oil 7.5 weight

Compress fork and remove springs and fill till 55-75mm from the top

Now that you didnt say.

Flylight air ? Blue / dark purple ?

What year - there should be a date stamp on the inside of one of the legs
