maybe i am. i tried 22-32-bash and found it really frustrating. 22-36 shifts just fine and is a whole lot more versatile.

Big bikes with 26" wheels look like gates. That looks nicely in proportion.

I ride a Patriot (an old one) so can't really comment. BUT, if my Patriot and your bike went out clubbing - mine would be the looker.....

But, it ain't about looks, it's about how it rides (same with fat girls really).

Another vote for big bikes look better with 29' wheels, looks pretty good to me (well apart from the rear mudguard).

Looks like the front of a Cannondale Gemini or an old Marin suus and a rear triangle and rocker arms off a Kona.

Does not look like a circus bike though like it would if it was 26 wheels

I really like the look of the dropped big-ring w/o bashguard.

Trieed it myself but the chain-ring bolts were too long 😕
