Finally I have some time booked for a summer holiday.
We are heading for Madeira and I have been give a pass to ride for maybe 3 days!
So I need a guide - any recommendations? Preferably XC but I could man up for a bit of uplift riding.

I was out there in April, some of the high peaks looked like the had some incredible riding. There didn't seem to be a huge amount of guiding on offer but there were a couple of companies based on web searches. [url= http://freeridemadeira.com/ ]These guys looked good[/url] and we went and had a chat but we didn't have bikes so opted to save the pennies and the riding for another time.

Freeride Madeira. Fantastic fellas who know all the trails on the island and can tailor the guiding to exactly what you want.
