[Closed] Lupine Piko - swapping mounts

I've just seen that the Piko is now available with a Bluetooth remote. I need a new headlamp for general use, and a light with a remote switch would be handy on my recumbent.

How easy/quick is it to swap the Piko light unit between a bar mount and a headband?

I'm aso interested in knowing about the light itself. Would it be a decent light for road riding? I tend to use a Philips light with cut-off beam, but I wonder if the Piko could supplement that and give a little more distance (I'd use it with the remote switch to switch it off when there was oncoming traffic).
