Following a recent ride and trip to the doctors I seem to have damaged, pulled, strained lower hamstring which results in nasty pain behind the knee.
Rested for two weeks, I thought all was well and did a 20min exercise bike ride all good, two days later did a 40 min ride and then a few hours later back to having pretty extreme pain.
Any one else had lower hamstring injury and how long recovery.
Need to get appointment a physio next week but any experiences be interesting in the mean time.
