If you can go down to around 50mm, the Spank Spike is VERY low rise.

The Funn SMX is also very low IIRC.

Most FSA stems have a low stack height

Have a spank spike gathering dust on the shelf for the same reasons (i ended up going to a replacement CSU after exhausting all the options)

But the spike is zero rise and closer to 40mm than 50mm.

Other options, FSA do a 35mm stack stem OS-190 I think, Crank brothers do a very low stack height headset (but they don't last) and NC-17 do a single bolt Slick Stick that works well with a Hope Head doctor but is pretty weighty (got one of them on the shelf gathering dust as well !).

I got a 50mm long Tioga one from CRC to solve this very issue. The stack height is 30mm!
