I've been running 2.35 Maxxpro HR on the front and 2.1 60A Advantage on the back of my Zesty over the winter but with the summer on it's way (now I've blown it) I thinking trying another faster combo.
As well as the above I have in the garage:
2.25 Nobby Nics x2
2.1 Maxxis Ignitor Exception
2.1 Maxxis Larsen Mimo Exception
2.1 Maxxis HR 2.1 Exception
2.1 Blue groove DTC
2.1 Smart Sam wirebead
2.35 Nevagal StickE wirebead

Also the wheels are tubeless so I'd rather run them that way.
Most of the riding I do on that bike is at trail centres, Bristol (when dry), Mendips (when dry) and the Quantocks

I haven't got time to try them all so what combo would / do you use?

Nobby Nics are totally rubbish. Post them to me and I'll get rid of them for you 🙂

You have so many tyres that I doubt you will get a definitive answer! You could probably make a few pounds selling the ones you don't care for though.

A bike like that with the tyres in that list and most of the riding you do is at Trail Centres? I reckon a set of slicks would be more than adequate for that kind of stuff.

Not got time to try them all? Why buy them all? The way you ride your bike is unique so what works for 1 won't necessarily work for another...just stick them on and go for a ride and try them out...

I'd go Advantage on the front and Larsen on the back.

Yes as Dick said, presumably you've bought them all ergo tried them all, so take your pick based on that!?

If you'd said 2.25" Ralphs it would've been no contest, but I'd probably go for the Larsen Mimo's personally.

TBH I was suprised to find how many tyres I had, I bought a few here and there when I've seen them cheap and now I've got loads. Only the 2.35 HRs cost me over £20.

Maybe a Nobby Nic up front and Larsen rear?
