Lost my 4 year old iphone4 16gb earlier this week - Just remembered I registered it with Lloyds current account insurance so could theoretically claim but excess is £100. What are the chances I just get a refurbished iphone4 back which is not worth £100 to me or do you reckon they will have none left so will get at least 4s.........which is probably worth it

We made a mobile phone claim on our house insurance alst year, for a smashed screen. At renewal time some insuresers point blank refused to quote because of this claim. Esure was one of them.
