As above really, what is the most travel a Cove Stiffee will cope with? Its a few years old about 05 i think.

Mine is quite an old one (02 or 03 I think) and that was designed for 80-125mm forks. It handles fine although it climbs like a pig in anything over 100mm. I'm not sure when they changed the geometry to give it full 130mm compatibility but from memory, yours should run fine with a 100-130mm adjustable fork.

I used to have an 05 and ran it with Pikes without any problems.

Mine was great with pikes. Then i had 150mm z1s which were too tall. 36 talas now, rarely use the 160mm setting.
