As he of the fermented feet suggests, it's a big place.

Condor for a little road niceness.
Cycle Surgery Spitalfields just been refitted as their MTB specialist branch, but I've not been in recently so can't comment.
Their Victoria branch has awesome staff and a Sky Pinarello Dogma to dribble over....
Bikefix on Lamb's Conduit St for esoteric oddities (They don't have hte best reptuation for service, though...)
And, of course, Harrods, to laugh at the Ferrari Colnagos.

Mosquito's in Islington, good range of interesting stuff, but shop's not very friendly imo, wouldn't buy a thing from them.

On Your Bike at London Bridge used to be worth a browse (do they still have the Pace DH bike?), but haven't been in for a long time.

i was in on your bike the other day and didn't think it was particularly exciting.

I'd have a look in Mosquito, and probably cycle surgery spitalfields

do they still have the Pace DH bike?

No. I directed someone from Retrobike to it, and it's now an utterly stunning build.
