Hey,
I have some Lithium EP2 grease that I bought for greasing the spring in my wifes Tora U-Turns (as advised by TF Tuned) but I was wondering if its ok to use this grease on all the other parts of the bike, BB, headset etc.....?

Used Castrol's EP2 grease for putting in bearings with no problems for years, it's EP (exteme pressure) rating is probably more suitable for the speeds our bearings run at than the standard grease in a cartridge bearing.It's ideal for the ratchet/pawl assembly in freewheels too.
