My custom GT Ruckus hardtail has been stolen in the busy Lincoln Highstreet outside Boots today around 15:00. It was locked with a normal cable bikelock and they cut through it. My pride and joy is built with Marzochi MX Pro 120mm forks, DT-Swiss wheel set, Thomson Seatpost/Stem, Fizik Gobi Saddle, Hope Mono Mini Brakes (front braided hose), Raceface DH Cranks, Shimano deore and XT Gear Set-up. How the hell did they cut through a lock on the high street on a saturday? People were probably sat on the planters watching whoever did it...

I can't believe this, it was fairly busy in town today too, how can someone steal a bike when there are so many people around?
And friends always seem surprised when I tell them that I won't leave my bike anywhere!!
I'll keep my eyes peeled, really hope you get it back, I've had a bike stolen before when I was at uni so I know how you're feeling.
I'm just south of Lincoln, will keep my eyes open.
