Just brought a new 29er spec carve.
Still too cold lately for shorts so I would like some trousers. Also for the summer some MTB shorts. Padding not really essential because I have padded boxers.
Found that my thinnest of jeans are too heavy.
I notice endura do a range but not sure if they are any good.
I may try a pair off walking trousers from outdoor shops.
Craghoppers kiwi. They block a decent amount of the wind, so keep you warm in colder weather without being too ott. They're pretty comfortable to ride in and you can roll the legs up if the weather catches you out and you're too warm. The zip-offs are a bit Ray Mears in my experience if you have long legs though.
spotted them! mite order and give em a go. the endura padded boxers ive got have solved the bum ache i just need sum light weight trouser & shorts. regatta do a few cheaper but ive had craghopper jackets in the past and lasted me years.
