Fancy treating myself to a clutch rear mech but I am insure what cage length I need. The one on my soul is a long cage but that was what I could get hold of at the time. I'm running 38/26 rings and 11/36 cassette.

Medium (GS) cage will be fine for 2x10, long (SGS) cage is designed for having three rings up front.
