Trying to sort this today, their mail order call centre is shut sundays.

I'm trying to return some bits to their warranty department, i was forwarded an address which is a PO Box, couriers don't generally ship to PO boxes, i need a physical place to ship to, how have others dealyt with this?

Have a real address you sent to?

Apart from trying to avoid buying from them in the first place...
I know this doesn't help though.

If its warranty they should refund postage so just drop it off at the nearest post office tomorrow.

ring customer services and ask them where the Post office box is,they have to tell you its not a secret.

Looks like it's a PO Box in the massive Royal Mail depot at leyland.

Just ring them Tommorow and see what they say.

Yes, I had the same problem last month

Question:
Hermes tell me that they're unable to deliver to PR25 9BN. Can I return to any other postcode (ie a shop)?

Answer:
This is the post code to our PO BOX, so if Hermes can't deliver to that then please return to the following address:

Leisure Lakes Bikes
Unit 9 Centurion Industrial Estate
Centurion Way
Farington
Leyland
PR25 4GU
