From what I have seen (in terms of feedback) people seem happy with them. I had one on a test and quite enjoyed it. Although I did end up buying an Ibis.

I've got a 2010 316 , bought it to do a season in Whistler which it was ideal for.Thought it would be too much back here but not the case .Sometimes think about getting something a bit lighter with less travel but it's such a blast when you point it down !TBH it shouldn't climb as well as it does neither !Weighs about 31lbs BTW.

mines a 2011 516 and its downright bonkers, rides lighter than it is but planted, yet flies very easily. my only dislike is the super low rear pivots make really narrow nadgery trails worrisome, seems a fair comprise though for what you get from them. dropper post seems to suit the character very well as it pedals so well you benefit a lot from raising the post.

Word to the 2011 Spicy 515. Rocking one here and loving it. Begs for more and feels lighter to crank than it is due to the platform. Had a zesty with 160mm forks on it back in 2008. That was a hoot too. Probably gonna go back to the Zesty next year as it has the 12 x 142 rear end also. And slap some 160's on it again.
