Can anyone advise how long this takes for an average Joe?

Reckon about 1h 45 for Average J solo. 2h for the Average J group ride.
Always have Cut Gate in my mind as an up and down, but there's a decent amount of trail across the plateau once you're up top.

It's a lovely fast swoopy descent down to Langsett, I prefer it to the Derwent side when it's dry (it's not dry now though).
