so do the kyle strait knee pads have a left and a right? or are both the same?

if L and R how do you tell?

mine have L and R on labels iirc. but i ignore them

I always have the velcro sticking out, so it doesn't scratch me bike.

They have a "part no" or something, on the labels, one ends in "L" and the other oddly enough in "R".

Velcro in is the right way round on mine and the knee cup is profiled.

Labels in mine don't have an L or an R on them. I have the velcro pointing outwards too.

I can't find L and R labels in mine either but I also have the velcro pointing out. I thought it was common sense to have the velcro pointing away from your legs/the bike tbh.

I don't think it actually matters shape-wise, so it's just down to velcro flappy bits. Mine have all had some sort of L/R marker (4 pairs now), the older ones only had a wee tag that said R, nothing on the left but my awesome powers of deduction solved that one.
