Its for the (really) older under the seat lever model, I've emailed jungle but is there anywhere else I can source one? (single large bolt) without the risk of it slipping/being the wrong diameter. Stupidly I stripped the thread of the current bolt.

😆 the one just under the base of the seatclamp- that you can see the head of. If its that one yes please but I've just had a thought- if the thread of the actual bolt is stripping- what is it doing to the upper clamp assembly? 😯
