I've been looking around for the DU bushing that go in the Kona Wah Wah pedal
I only need the bushing and not the £15 full rebuild kit
Anyone know if and where they can be purchased please in the UK or ship to the UK?

What Phil H said but good luck getting them out. If they are the same as the nanos there is a lip that they sit on making them hard to drift out. You'll need a 10.8mm drift, I failed with a screw driver.
There is an interesting tool from DMR that might work. Basically a threaded bar that you force into the softer bushing and then use to it to get purchase on the bushing. They originally recommended a BMX pedal axle (9/16?) Worth a google as it seemed much easier than the drifting route if you can find a large bolt that would be suitable.
I've got a Nukeproof bushing from CRC at £1.99 on order and see if it fits
