My wife's friend saw a cyclist get knocked off by a car last Thursday morning, Upper Brook St, Manchester, and the car driver did one. She followed the car and got his number plate, but couldn't find the cyclist again.
Total long shot, I realise, but thought it worth posting up.

I'd be calling the Police.

First point of call should have been the Police to report the crime so they could follow up the vehicle.
But it was probably my mate from Didsbury, especially if the accident was at a roundabout? His wife has a season ticket for Wythenshaw hospital car park 🙄
