8 of us heading will shortly be heading your way.... seems someone decided Skiddaw should be on the 'to-do'list for this year so, hostel stopover tonight and a 6 am 'tires on dirt' start in the morning, to try and get ahead of the walkers... 😯
Followed by a trip to Whinlatter before we head home...
So, recommendations please for a quiet pint to two only tonight followed by a well earned brekkie tomorrow would be appreciated.
Looks like we're staying on Penrith Road - 5 mins walk from town centre.

The Lion. Run by mountain bikers and slap bang in the middle of town.
