Does anyone use these guys regularly?

Stuff I ordered on Tuesday has just moved to 'Processing'

Is this normal or do they usually ship [as stated] next day?

Not in any great hurry for it but I'll have to do some tree pruning tomorrow now instead of fettling ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

I'm on to week 3 of waiting for my new wheels from them - the original processing time (when I ordered) was 5 days according to their site, it's now up to 2 weeks ๐Ÿ˜•

The order did go from "received" to "processing" within 24hrs though...so I'm assuming my wheels are v hard to build (in fact it might be my fault everyone else's orders are moving to "processing" so slowly ๐Ÿ˜› )

I seem to remember my order arriving very quickly from them - some No Tubes items

I also seem to recall getting conformation that it had shipped after I'd received them.

My order arrived fairly quickly shame the order was wrong but they did fix that.

used them a few times, (but not for custom wheelbuilds etc - only Stans bit and pices, rim tape etc) always recieved within 2 days, and sometimes with a nice free sticker (even if its just a very small order!)

Bought small bits and pieces such as tyes, wheel milk and valves and more recently some rims and they have always turned up within 2-3 days. Faultless IME.
