And they are pretty bloody tight. Not in an uncomfortable way, they are very comfortable. Tight in more of a control underware kind of way.

assuming [i]underware[/i] is not a euphemism (or a spelling error), then you shouldn't be wearing underwear
they fit, ergo they won't chafe and will keep you warm

They are non padded so underwear/liner shorts under them should be fine. I got them mainly for lovely cold night rides that are just about to start. The reason I got unpadded is so I can wear them as a base layer when skiing.
What puts me off is having a long body, the ones I have tried are somewhat too tight top to bottom... does anyone do ones that Velcro on the shoulder straps so you can adjust them?

One question tho. How do you stop for a wee mid ride without having to get totally undressed?

As for peeing, the front will usually stretch enough that you can pull it down (assuming you're male), or you can slip your hands in the neck of your jersey and just drop the bib straps off the outside of your shoulder to give you some slack.

I have some Gore bib-tights with velcro shoulder straps.
