I seem to go through lower jockey wheels on my XO mech at an alarming rate, is there any others that fit or am I restricted to XO? ta.

Let me know what you find, in the same boat 🙄

All I can find is the X0 replacements on CRC.

If you buy expensive equipment, it tends to have expensive replacement parts. C'est la vie, I'm afraid

Thanks Nickc that was most helpful. Mech came on bike but seems a bit much to be buying £20 jockey wheels every couple of months.

Sorry to disappoint you all but those plates are not the Inner as we think of but the outer - easy to make one ! - No one makes the cage which comes out of the Knuckle so you'll have a box of broken mechs like me. Fisher do the SRAM rebuild kit for about £80 - robbing gits!!!!!!!!!!!
However most of those are my mates who uses Sram XO jockeys which frankly are rubbish IMHO . I have used KCNC ones - google them- without a problem for 1000's of miles and you can service them easy too.
