Have just bought a middleburn with this Isis bb, its a 68 x 113mm, my bb shell is 73mm. Would I be able to get this to fit? Also, what does the 113mm measurement refer to?

113 is axle length.

I'd check with middlebrun re shell width - crank bros just use a spacer to differentiate between the two but I can see you'd end up with the axle off centre if you weren;t careful.

As it screws in till it's flush you'd have (113-68)/2 = 22.5mm of axle on one side but only 22.5 - (72-68) = 17.5 on the other...

Can also be used on 73mm std BB shell

From the Gusset webpage leads me to believe that it will work for you.

The photo there shows the BB with a spacer on the drive side, which is the way that most cartridge BBs fit a 73 mm shell.

Edit - If you need a spacer, I'd bet that most shops have a bunch of extras lying around...
