I have a set of RS Lyriks with post mounts on them and I have some old Hope M4 calipers I want to fit...
The calipers are IS mount and were taken off my old bike with 200mm discs up front.
I am absolutely bamboozled by the vast array of adapters out there and can't find a good source that tells me what I need.
Anyone got any experience of this?

have a look on this thread - there's an appropriate KCNC adapter shown.

Thanks Paul. Looks as though I'm gonna have to go for a 220mm disc after a quick convo with Hope....
Should look 'super rad' but worried it may be above spec for forks...
