It's a Ti flavour with retro group :oops:set and guards ๐
as long as no willy waving is involved, maybe ๐
Oooo retro do show!
Well were talking Veloce 8 speed retro! (more the frame rather than the reused group set etc :@)
I was thinking that, it wasted seconds of my time, shouldn't they be expected to carry a 'beware road bike content' warning. Same for single speed and fixie folk.
๐ - well that's 2 out of 3 - majority rules ๐

The fence is offensive, the lawn needs cutting and the steerer needs cutting ๐
Edit - some may also not like the stem angle ๐
*shakes head at length of grass*
[edit] you added the lawn bit afterwards!
Beat you to it WW ๐
You appear to have 3 chainrings on your chainset??? Shirley this must be some kind of mistake?????? You said it was a roadbike??????????????
can I shake my head at the triple chainset then? ๐
Its a Devonshire Road bike! And I did say retro ๐
Its for my Lands end to J'O'G trip in May ๐
WW yes feel free ๐
Fuschia needs a good trim back this year.
Did that last winter - its gone bananas this year CF!
Now thats opened the flood gates to the closet Roadies ๐
I suppose that is a proper road bike coz its got a double instead of a triple ? ๐
Correct ๐
I suppose that is a proper road bike coz its got a double instead of a triple
proper road bikes only have one bottle cage - that's a touring bike ๐
Ahh OK a "road" touring bike then LOL
Oops my car support was off that day
Yay roadbikes. I've got new wheelsShould have paid someone to tart up my old sheds and re tarmac instead!
yeah but then you wouldn't be able to afford the luxury pro gear would you - prioritizing at its best ๐
That is a summer job which never happened.
Those old coal sheds are coming out ready for a new MAN bike shed. No wimmins allowed
Fuschia needs a good trim back [s]this[/s] next year.
Nice bike.
Have you tried to line your valves up?
Bars fail.
Need shallow itallian drops
Are them bars trying to camouflage themselves?
And your tree trunk is wonky...
ah but he has decking which cancels that out
saddle seat post and bars all different colours?
if this was top trumps you'd have beaten 'lawn needs mowing' easily.
Charge don't make a green spoon saddle yet. And the red post was cheap and light. I will upgrade to a carbon post and bars soon. The bar tape is ace! I can be easily spoted in photos and it matches my cables.
I would win as my tubs are not glued yet. So I can't even ride them wheels.
Charge don't make a green spoon saddle yet
But Fizik do so you're just not trying hard enough!
scuffed white bar tape!!! more care needed when leaning bike at cafe stops. Cat 5 error!
Angus, shouldn't that have toe clips and straps to complete that touring bike from the late 50's look?
Charge don't make a green spoon saddle yetBut Fizik do so you're just not trying hard enough!
But the fizik feels like your sitting on a razor blade. (tried and tested)
you missed 'saddle bag' ๐
Just noticed the spacers under the stem on that CR1 !! There's a good 50 gm to be shaved off there!
And Angus has that touring bike, but no mud guards, road traditions and fashions have been abuse on this thread something terrible.
I'm off to watch videos of Jens Voigt to cleanse my eyes.
Now looking for a good deal on wooly tights with world champ stripes on the ankle. That should complete the 50s touring look. Not much carbon around then though.

but at least it would match, what's a little discomfort when measured against a matching saddle and bar tape? Sort yourself out. ๐
If the scruffy white bar tape is aimed at me then how about the triple, two bottle cages and gps mount??!! Let alone the rider who wears baggies, mtb shoes and a small Camelbak. ๐ฏ ๐
I just don't care!
Burn her! ๐
Mountain Mutant has had that bike a year, commutes to work on it and has ridden it on a proper road ride precisely ONCE!! Then he decides he needs a set of carbon deep rims for a N.London commute!
Cinnamon girl, while we're at it then.......you've left your dust caps on your valves and your front quick release is pointing forward. That's just asking to get opened in a bunch sprint and give some unfortunate soul a season ender of a crash!
You're dangerous bike set up could ruin a promising road season! ๐
Some people need a bit of schooling in the rules.
...probably including me:

๐ @ yoda
I'm going to risk it and try and put a pic of my cx bike
HA-HA-HA! Full outer to the front mech? down the down tube? HILARIOUS!
