Not via telephone, email, facebook messenger or messages on their FB page it seems. It there some kind of secret handshake or do I have to go to some shady speakeasy in the back streets of Merthyr?

I have a uplift day booked next Wednesday, but now can't make it for various reasons and would like to defer or reschedule it. I must have called a dozen or more times over the past few days and calls are just unanswered or infinitely loop back to the "choose one of the following options" message. I expect they are mega busy at the moment, but there must be some way of getting in touch?

Dunno, but I've noticed a few businesses have used the pandemic as an excuse not to have to bother dealing with their customers.

it's not easy that's for sure.

They're just waiting until they can tell you you've left it too late and there's no way to change the booking now.
It's a great place but they know that and they know there's no shortage of people who want to ride there which sadly leads to the worst customer service ever.

I normally just email them with a few days to spare, you could always mention you’ve been trying for the past week on the phone - they’re pretty good eggs so even if you go past the deadline I suspect you’ll be ok

An hour after I posted this I finally got an email reply and they have suspended my booking which is great. Got there eventually, but I would advise against trying to phone them if you don't have a lot of time to waste.

Sounds like they've improved. There was a time they would point blank refuse to alter any booking no matter how far in advance and no matter what the reason. Good for them.

To be fair they've always been really good at replying to emails. These days I don't think anyone actually answers a phone.
