70mm Pro stem - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=44971 - running it flipped if that makes a difference.
Creaks intermittently - have stripped and greased both steerer and bar clamp bolts (tightened correctly) but that hasn't cured it.
Any ideas (other than buy a different stem)?

using normal steel bolts? (ie not Ti ones)
also try degreasing the bar and face plate.
