to cut a long story short i have upgraded to a 3gs which was meant to be delivered tomorrow but managed to find one in my local phone shop and upgraded there and then after phoning the provider to cancel tommorrows delivery however i have just received a text reminding me of tomorrows delivery!
the upgrade in shop was to cancel the upgrade over the phone and is by the same shop/provider
any ideas??

the phone is free so they cant charge me twice,just wonderin what will happen with regards to the contract
Keep yer gob shut and find out. Have you signed two contract agreements?
nope only one in the shop and cancelled the other on the phone in the shop,and i had been messed around that much they guy on the phone waited till it was all sorted before he would hang up
