Is it okay to Iinstall an inner tube in a tubeless tyre. I am using Enve M50 wheelset. I don't like tubeless and prefer using inner tubes.

Yes. I'd have no idea why anyone ever would but it's not a problem 🙂

Absolutely. Many off the shelf bikes with Tubeless Ready tyres come supplied with tubes in them.
Just stock up with lots of tubes for the endless pinch flats or soften the suspension to compensate for the rock hard pressures you'll need to run (you'll still get pinch flats at times though) 😛
