Hi,
I've got an old slidey drop out inbred which I want to run single speed with an old square taper fitting chainset. I'd guestimate running the chain ring where the big ring normally goes I'd need a 107mm length axle - does anyone know this for sure please.
Many thanks
Hicksy

Wow that was quick!
A 2000ish Truvativ Stylo Team (square taper).

Seem to remember they run around 110-113 for normal use, so 107 on the outer is in the ballpark.

recent stylos use 113mm.
but then again if you're using a geared wheel with single-speed spacers it won't make any difference what BB you're using.

Thanks for the replies chaps.
Am using a single speed hub so sounds like a 107 or 110 then.
